Last fall, Pedram Shojai, Abel James, and Nick Polizzi all visited Sara Gottfried at her home and we recorded a long conversation that lasted nearly two hours. Here is the second part of that conversation. Pedram, Nick, Sara, and Abel try to laugh while talking about death and discuss making time for the living. They discuss how to manage stress to be able to be present in the moment. Pedram tells a story about how conceited he was in his youth. What is it in our world that brings us happiness?
